Foods that promote longer thicker hair
In order for your hair and body to appear healthy and beautiful on the outside, it all starts with what's on the inside. Read on as we explore foods that promote longer thicker hair.
Foods that promote longer thicker hair
Salmon
Salmon is naturally rich in protein, fatty acids, and vitamin D. Protein rich foods encourage cell repair and renewal which is what your hair needs to grow as fast and thick as possible! Alongside the added benefits of this protein rich fish, fatty acids such as Omega 3 will add shine to your hair, skin and nails.
Capsicum
Capsicum, or Bell Peppers, are loaded with vitamin C. Vitamin C encourages your immune system response to work at a healthy level. This will encourage stronger skin and a healthy hair shaft to ensure thicker hair and less hair loss. Capsicum is also said to be great for preventing nasty diseases and illnesses.
Avocado
Avocados are rich with fatty acids. Like salmon, avocado encourages cell growth and repair. An added benefit of eating avocado is it's ability to encourage collagen and elastin production meaning that your hair, skin, and joints will be firm and well lubricated. Alongside eating avocado, applying it topically to your hair as a hair mask will make it hydrated and smooth.

Almonds
Almonds are a great snack! They are also high in Biotin, or vitamin H. Biotin help keep your skin, hair, eyes, and liver healthy. Therefore the healthier these organs, the optimally they will perform, meaning your hair will grow thick and fast!
